Set on the tranquil Rangitahi Peninsula near Raglan, this elegant house was thoughtfully designed by Edwards White architect Georgia Peacoke, applying her talent on behalf of her sisters. The design of the home is oriented to effectively capture the expansive inlet views to the east, with thorough consideration of window placement, detailing and finishing.
APL Metro Series is used throughout, with joinery in two colours to harmoniously tone with the various exterior cladding choices. Each window and door opening was meticulously planned and detailed to achieve ideal cladding interface alignment, and seamless flush ceiling and floor finishes.
The main bedroom features a bi-fold corner window which provides a generous opening to the exterior scenery and views. The main living space is walled in glass, opening to the canopied exterior deck. The full height Shop Front pivot entry door provides a simple but stunning entrance.
